What I've learned from my personal practice…

I’ve learned so much about myself… My personal practice has taught me patience and grit and love for others and most importantly for myself.

I love teaching…

because it hopefully allows me to make people feel the way that I feel in class. I hope people feel empowered to be completely themselves.

connecting with other people. I’m inspired by really seeing other people, and allowing myself to be seen.

My other passion or hobby in life is… 

I’m a photographer for my day job and you can find me most summer days hanging around Keuka Lake with my family.
