Prep Cook

Role and responsibilities:
The guided preparation and packaging of organic, whole foods according to the recipes provided.
Follow high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Self-manage one's own workflow to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
We’re looking for someone who:
Embodies strong organizational skills and can prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Is a positive, encouraging team player; can take direction well and communicate effectively with team members.
Has the ability to multi-task and has strong attention to detail.
Has an interest in continuous professional development by participating in ongoing training.
Qualifications:
6 - 12 months experience in food service/preparation - preferred.
Have culinary experience related to our food mission i.e. preparing gluten-free, vegan, organic, whole foods - preferred

Availability requirements:
Our production team operates between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday-Sunday. There is some flexibility in working with you to set a consistent schedule.
This is a 20-hour/week commitment.
