About Molly:
Molly is the only teacher on the team who has taught continuously at breathe for 21 years! She has been here since our doors first opened and is still holding down the anchor of her very popular 5:45am classes. In addition to her role at the studio, Molly has been a registered dietitian for more than 30 years, bringing a deep understanding of health and well-being to everything she does.

Molly clearly has a wealth of experience but she always puts herself as a student first. She has participated in numerous teacher trainings and has allowed herself to evolve as both a teacher and a student over the years. As evidenced by her tenure at breathe, Molly is dependable, goes with the flow, and always puts so much attention and commitment into her teaching, her classes, and the students at breathe.

In today's world, it can be overwhelming to sift through the plethora of health information. Join staff dietitian Molly Ranney on a discussion of 5 pillars of health that support a healthy body and mind. Find out easy steps that you can add in to support your health span.

The Road to Hanumanasana

About Kaylah:
Kaylah's natural talent as a teacher was evident even before she taught her first class. Her presence as a teacher is as grounding as her energy is uplifting. She brings an overwhelming sense of ease, confidence, and relatability to every class she teaches and her ability to build a class around this seamless energy is one of her true gifts. When Kaylah is not teaching you can find her reading or hanging out with her cats, friends, and family!

Join us for a dynamic, all-levels workshop designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence in your splits practice! We'll move through a targeted flow to warm and open the body, leading up to hanumanasana (front splits) as the peak pose. Whether you're exploring the foundation or refining your alignment, this workshop offers something for everyone. Props and variations will be offered to support your practice every step of the way.
